The times of availability and delivery of the ordered Products are specified in the product sheet and are those provided by the manufacturers. ISA Project cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery attributable to the manufacturer
The shipment of the ordered products is normally carried out by affiliated couriers BARTOLINI, SDA, FERCAM SPA depending on whether the service chosen is Standard or Express. ISA Project has the right, at its sole discretion, to carry out the delivery of the products ordered by means of a courier other than the aforementioned.
The delivery of what is ordered is on the street level.
No delivery to the floor and / or special porters is expected. If the customer needs these extra services, he must request a specific quote from ISAPROJECT by sending an e-mail and specifying the characteristics of the requested service.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:
. that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent in advance by e-mail;
. that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or in any way altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by affixing a WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, eg "laundry packaging", " crushed packaging ", etc.) on the courier's proof of delivery.
Even if the packaging does not present external signs of damage or tampering, the customer is still required to affix the words "I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL" on the proof of delivery of the courier in order to guarantee against hidden damage to the object not visible from the outside.
Failure to affix this wording will result in the courier's failure to activate the warranty and void the right to replace the damaged object.
Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer cannot make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods provided in this document.
In the event of non-collection within 5 working days of the material present in stock at the courier's warehouses due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the order will be returned to the ISA Project warehouses
Shipping costs for major islands, smaller islands, disadvantaged or limited accessibility areas (ZTL or similar) may be subject to variations.
SHIPMENTS AL OVER THE WORLD
We ship every day all over the world using the best couriers in the area, with the aim of reaching the destination in the shortest possible time, minimizing costs and ensuring that the goods arrive perfectly intact and ready for use. For some countries, it is possible to manage the shipment directly on our site, however, for others, it will be necessary to request a personalized quote.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form to Isaproject a VAT number reference) , has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except as indicated further.
To exercise this right, the customer must send ISA Project a communication to that effect, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within the aforementioned terms
Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, the ISA Project Customer Service will promptly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return it, assigning a unique RMA code for the return of the goods, which must be received by Isaproject within 10 days from authorization.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packs), kept and absolutely sealed.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
the law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased;
the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box, on which to affix the label, showing the RMA number (return authorization code); the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided in all cases;
by law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer; the delivery costs to the customer and any other incidental costs highlighted at the time of placing the order will not be reimbursed;
the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer; in the event of damage to the goods during transport, ISA Project will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
Isaproject does not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments; upon its arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damages not caused by transport. If the original packaging and / or packaging are damaged or open, Isaproject will withhold from the refund due a percentage, in any case not exceeding 20% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.
Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damages ascertained to the original packaging, ISA Project will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 14 days from the return of the goods, by reversing the amount charged on the Card Credit or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer will promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (Code ABI - CAB - IBAN - Current Account of the invoice holder).
The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where ISA Project finds:
use of the goods or opening of the original packaging;
the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals);
damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the headquarters of Isaproject, available to the Customer for collection at your expense.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to all furniture and goods made to measure and made to a specific indication of the customer, as required by law and expressly provided for by the Consumer Code (Article 55 paragraph 2 letter d) of the Legislative Decree 206/2005).
For selected items, shipping is free throughout Italy.
For products that do not benefit from the promotion, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the volume of the package and you can see it in the product page, by clicking on "calculate shipping costs" and on the checkout page, before completing your payment.
During the summer and Christmas period the production of our suppliers are closed and for this reason we cannot make deliveries:
· AUGUST, from 31st July to 31st August
· DECEMBER, from December 20th to January 7th
For orders placed 60 days before holiday periods, it is necessary to check delivery times with the company that could be postponed to the month following the holidays (September, January).
